Preeti Sharma is a core management partner at Shunya Tattva, the parent company of EarnReady. Preeti is a Management Graduate, with a Masters in Human Resource Management. She brings 12 years of exclusive experience in the Human Resource domain. Her expertise is Recruitment and she has been instrumental in recruiting more than 5000 candidates across various clients and domains, till date. Preeti works across every candidate ensuring they prepare their c. v properly. She educates and guides candidates on facing interviews. She understands the expectations of the clients and prepares the candidates toward winning job offers.
Chintan Gala
Chintan Gala is a core management partner at Shunya Tattva, the parent company of EarnReady. He is a Management Graduate and a Masters in Management with a Finance specialization. Chintan has over the last 12 years explored different businesses including retail, wholesale, stock markets etc. Chintan generated interest in Human Resource Recruitment and Trainings considering the gap between existing market needs and supply. Shorter recruitment cycle of candidates meant unmatched skills or gap in expectations and offerings. Chintan created an opportunity of this situation by developing training programs that would fill the inherent gap between candidates and client expectations, resulting in satisfied clients and candidates Job Ready.
Leon Kelly
Leon holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and comes with an experience of more than 11 years, working as a part of the Learning & Development function for his previous organizations. During this time he has been involved in functional trainings, communications trainings, compliance trainings and over the last 6 years, he has been managing ‘Organizational Development Trainings’, catering to behavioral & skill development needs of the organizations. Some of the sessions he has trained on includes – Change Management Trainings, Emotional Intelligence Workshops, New Leadership Development Programs, Promoting the Culture of Feedback & Coaching within the Organization, Service Excellence Trainings, and many more.
