Proprietary Rights
- The information and materials that we have provided to you online as well as offline is our exclusive property. This includes course material, design, logo, image, video clips, graphics and text collectively referred here as materials. This material is protected under our copyrights and should not be reproduced, distributed modified, displayed and sold without the consent of Earn Ready. If you wish to use the content /material that is proprietary of Earn Ready the same can be done by taking written consent. Undue use of proprietary material of Earn Ready is prohibited and will attract punishment under proprietary laws.
- The pre-screening process should be well-supported by relevant documents and completely filled application. The course fee is subject to the course duration, and applicants are supposed to be completing the course and assignments within the course timeframe. In case, the applicant is unable to complete the course within the set time, a grace period can be allotted post which the applicant will be liable to additional charges.
- If the applicant wishes to withdraw from a course mid-way, written permission has to be submitted. Withdrawal from the course is not subject to fee re-fund as this is entirely a call of the applicant. The course fees paid in part or full will not be refunded under any circumstances and is a final call of the authorities at Earn Ready. For course discontinuation, the applicant should communicate in writing to Earn Ready.
- The Earn Ready course is not graded and autonomous. The applicant will receive the course completion certificate only after successful completion of the course and subsequent submission of assignments.
- At Earn Ready, we provide placement assistance, but not committed jobs. We at Earn Ready can assist you with finding a placement. We are under no obligation to placement specific to the company location, salary, size, turnover, brand or employee count. It will be our effort to identify jobs for you that you can best fit in.
- We also do not hold any say in recommending our students to companies. Clearing the interview rounds is entirely a skill and aptitude of the student.
- Gaps in attending the course have to be communicated well in advance. We encourage to avoid gaps in the course as it disturbs the batch cycle and subsequent placement assistance.
- Earn Ready is not responsible for informing individual student on the change in schedule or other communication, if any. The information will be communicated in group/batches through WhatsApp/Mail/Message as the standard communication platform.
- Earn Ready has the right to change the schedule of classes with prior communication for internal or external reasons.
- The training will be conducted in a purely offline format in classrooms.
- Earn Ready will provide the relevant course material to students.
- Students are requested to maintain absolute punctuality.
- Students should follow a strict dress code, either semi-formal or unrevealing casual clothes. Please follow the dress code.
- Students should not damage any physical property belonging to Earn Ready.
- Attendance is compulsory and should be recorded every day.
- Please put down complaints or disconnects if any in the complaint register or speak to the concerned authority.
- If you miss a class and want to repeat a class, communicate it in written through WhatsApp/Mail/Message to the concerned authority for prior request. The students will be able to attend a repeat class only after prior written approval.
- Batch students are restricted from attending any other batch. Attending other batch can be done only under special circumstance by taking approval from Earn Ready authority.
